Ban Length: perm
Moderating Staff Member: velocity.vr
What game did the ban take place in?: Perris

Ban Reason: RDM (Perm due to OSP but only disputing the rdm that caused the OSP)
Why I Should Be Unbanned: So, to keep a story short me and a friend were in a garbage truck looking for cars to steal to start some action up to heal up a dry server. We found a white car that was unlocked so my friend ran over to the car and got in, following this the cop (The person who submitted the clip) and the civ pointed their weapons at him. This caused me to start shooting at them in order to protect them, this is pretty obvious inside the provided clip. I personally at least dispute this being RDM as there was probable cause for me to shoot at the officers and civ due to their aggressive movements towards my friend. I would like to get this rdm charge dropped and me remain on my one strike policy for the duration of time. I’ve been trying to take extra precautions to not violate the rules, and I feel as if this doesn’t violate anything. Thank you for your consideration.
