Incident Description*:
My friend was getting chased by the cops and he crashed a cop and crashed himself on the highway, he ended up dying on impact. I was following the chase and when I stopped to go check on him when he crashed, one of the police officers passed me and when I was getting back to my car he shot me. I didn't pose a threat to him at all and I didn't even have a gun on him.
