No idea who banned me.

What Happened?
I was driving in a stolen cop car with spikes. I was at NG base when this NG guy starts chasing me, so I counter it and use my spikes so he can stop chasing me / shooting me. I then flee the scene and head back to Perris downtown where I am later banned.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
First of all, I didn't know stealing a cop car because someone didn't lock their car and using it to your advantage was FRP. So, I had no idea that warranted a ban for FRP. I apologize for that, and I can assure you that I will not make that specific mistake again. Thank you.

Reason: Rejected due to the fact that vehicle was not even attempting to chase you, you went to him and rammed his car spiking his vehicle. I don't see why you thought he was chasing you, because you were the one that followed him back onto the base area and spiked him.
