What Happened?
Me and two of my friends were staged up on top of the parking garage behind the casino, we had been planning out a hostage situation, during this time we had one of our friends looking for a LASD OSS Deputy known as "MrPSGAcademyUSA", who at the time had a hit out for him that promised a 50K reward. So we would not just drive up on him and RDM him we wanted to kidnap and hold him hostage instead. While we were on top of the parking garage we heard sirens and saw police lights nearby so we decided the best course of action would be to just go down and act normal to hopefully not be arrested incase they were there for us which when we drove down I saw my friend being arrested, MrPSGAcademyUSA(the person we were looking for), and another LAPD Officer who just happened to be there so with all the circumstances in mind we stopped the vehicle. The moment we exited the vehicle, he turned on his radio. By the time we had pulled out our guns he already had good distance and began dashing towards cover., keep in mind in the video he provided you can clearly hear me saying "Put your hands up!" towards the deputy. With the LAPD Officer already nearly gone and his radio on, I shot him to prevent him calling for assistance to prevent us from being caught prematurely due to unforseen circumstances. As we neared the end of the scene, the staff member "westpacman" teleported to us and said that he was going to go to our scene but it was taking too long and "to save time" he put us in the sit room. It seemed really rushed because he didn't listen to what I had to say. He had another staff member teleport to us and then he put me down and told me my argument was invalid without checking out my side of the story. Despite no RDM happening and only 1 person being killed, they wanted me to be banned for RDM x2 because allegedly I shot the person who was in handcuffs, but I only shot the police officer because he tried to alert other law enforcment of our presence. In the clip, clearly only one person was shot but they decided not to review it. From my perspective, it seems like they didn't even try to evaluate the clip that the officer provided.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I believe that I should be unbanned and that I did not do RDM & SI due to the fact that the person being arrested was fish bait so that we could get MrPSGAcademyUSA's attention. There just so happened to be that LAPD officer who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. He witnessed the start of the hostage situation and ran away the moment he heard "Put your hands up!" and seeing the weapon I had in hand, so we shot him.
