Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

Since becoming a member of the Mountain Interactive community , I have developed a deep appreciation and respect for both the platform and its players. My time within the community has fostered a strong sense of dedication, motivating me to pursue the role of Moderator. I am eager to contribute meaningfully by supporting a fair, respectful, and enjoyable gameplay environment for all participants. I take great pride in maintaining professionalism and courtesy, particularly when addressing challenging situations, and I am committed to ensuring equitable treatment for all members of the community.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

When addressing rule-breaking in Perris, my approach would be fair, consistent, and professional. I would begin by observing and verifying the situation to ensure that a rule has indeed been broken. If the violation is clear, I would respond based on the severity of the offense, in alignment with the community guidelines and moderation protocols.

For minor infractions, I would issue a polite warning, explaining the rule that was violated and encouraging the player to correct their behavior. For more serious or repeated offenses, I would escalate the situation appropriately—such as issuing a kick, temporary ban, or submitting a report to senior staff, depending on my permissions and the circumstances.

Throughout the process, I would remain calm and respectful, avoiding bias or personal judgment. I believe that clear communication, fairness, and consistency are essential to maintaining a positive environment in the Perris community
