Hello! I'm not new to the community, but I still am trying to learn how it all works. I would like to know, and I hope I don't sound stupid, how one could rank up in the Riverside PD without buying different tiers. I have bought one, but how would I become a sergeant, or join IA, etc.

Become whitelisted, show activity, attend lots of events, become known throughout the community, join bureaus, excel at your position, be noticed, be kind, contribute a lot.

Join Mass patrol, Be Active. Join Divisions. Await for handpick into IA. Get to Corporal by normal Way. Pass you Supervisor Trial and become a Sergeant.

Be active within the department, help others in the discord / in-game. Join mass patrol and try to stand out from other in performance and activity.
