What Happened?
As his clipped showed, it looks like I just pull up on him and TK and RDM him. When I get 10-97 the RCSO guy looks at me and says something like "he just shot him for no reason", I just got RDM, so I was already very angry. After the RCSO guy tells me that, I walk up to the CHP trooper (which mind you, has no duty belt, body cam, and shoulder radio) and I asked why, he responds with nothing. So, me already being annoyed, I rack my pistol at the time and shot him once.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I’m writing to respectfully request as to unban on my account. I understand I may have violated some rules, and I want to sincerely apologize for my actions. I take full responsibility and have had time to reflect on what happened.

I enjoy being part of the community and would love the chance to come back and show that I can follow the rules and be a positive member. If there’s anything I can do to make things right, I’m more than willing.

Thank you for considering my appeal. I still do believe that he was also in the wrong. And a quick side note, this happened maybe like 1 month ago, so why is this coming back up. There should be a deadline for reports. Thank you for your time. 𝓙𝓪𝓬𝓸𝓫 𝓟𝓪𝔂𝓷𝓮
