LA is not Pay to Win, You can get Whitelisted in everything but DOT and USMS. LAFD, LASD, LAPD is WL'ed meaning you just have to do their academy to pass it. (Currently LASD has closed its whitelist and is Premium only for now)

For Perris RPD is WL'ed and the other teams are subscriptions for people to not abuse them. RCSO is already abused so I don't expect the developers to trust them with more important teams like SRU, FBI, USMS.

And do not forget you can get money in both games. In LA you can cook which will give you a lot of money. In Perris you just gotta play in LEO or Civilians jobs.

Go to information in the discord server, go to the LA Discords. Join the CHP one, Apply.
