Ban Reason: Why I Should Be Unbanned: Hello moderation. The case is taking its turn since yesterday, I explain why I think that my ban should be temporary or even lifted: Yesterday at 10:21:10 PM I got a lifetime account ban for an alleged "glitch" (I don't know what a TR is, I sincerely apologize). Entering Los Angeles, verifying my account in Bloxlink and turning on my microphone, I read Los Angeles, California Roleplay Game: Official Rulebook from the first to the tenth point, entering the game the first thing I started was a gangster RP, naturally avoiding RDM by any means, not falling for the provocations of new players, then I got bored with the fact that I am always driving around the county jails and I decided to be a "random pedestrian with a nuance", like in those videos about the arrest of a criminal by the police in the USA, laying my hope on a RP situation. And so closer to the point, peace time was turned on. For the first time in the entire game (I've been playing for about two days), I decided to jump into the driver's seat of a police car, despite the police officer's orders to stop that contradicted me (the criminal would hardly listen without using force against him), I was thrown out of the car, but the supposed "control panel (as the moderator explained to me)" was still on my screen, i was kind of confused but i found myself quickly. And I decided that it was fate to provoke the entire department and the sheriff's district on me, which is fun for me, getting into the car on the backseat where i excepted that control panel will disappear and we will have a conversation with the officer, but it was still there. So then I ignited the car and pulled gas to the floor in reverse gear away from the police officer, then turned the steering wheel towards the highway, turned on the drive gear and drove forward. Having lost control, I got into an accident, flying into a pole at high speed, thereby smashing the police car to pieces, fortunately, the airbags worked in time, I was only able to get out with minor bruises without broken bones. After ten minutes of being wanted (I think) I lost hope that I would get into a police chase and returned to the scene of the crime to confess. But when I got there I only saw how the policeman gave up on catching the criminal (me) and only called the moderator, who first of all put me in jail. I did not run away because it could arouse the moderation's suspicion towards me, which I really did not want, and we began to sort out the situation, after which I learned from the moderation employee that this is not natural for Los Angeles, that the fact that I stole a police car is a glitch (which I agree with). BUT! This situation is not natural for the game and happened arbitrarily, regardless of my actions. Having played different RP projects, I did this with impunity from the moderation. It is a mistake of the game developers that this situation happened and is a glitch, I just did my job by putting it in reverse and driving back (which any criminal would do with the intention of stealing a police car). After explanations from the moderator that this is punishable by deprivation of rights to access the game, I only from that moment tried to explain that this situation did not depend on me, that I was not guided by any tutorial video or guidebook about this situation. But a competently filmed video outweighed the significance of my words, which led me to appeal here after the accuser disappeared (left the game, probably). The moderator stood motionless without saying a single word (either watching the video or writing to someone, I donβt know). Seconds later, I received this ban notification. ). I am writing an appeal with the aim of removing or at least transferring from a permanent ban to a temporary one, in order to return to the game and to the movement happening in Los Angeles. I prefer this game for RP and after its discovery I spent a lot of time in it after returning from college. Iβm likely sure that this situation did not happen due to my fault, but there was only an in-game bug that only the project moderation is aware of (probably). I were aware of all the rules but not especially this situation that sent me to the appeals. I hope this misunderstanding will be solved. Thank you for your time.
