What Happened?
I drove by in and out on the way to s&k and saw 4-5 cops with their guns drawn at one person. I was curious, so I stopped and watched the situation. As I watched, they kept getting closer to the road I was parked on. The suspect with whom I had no RP relationship with gets into my car and sits in the passenger seat. I don't accelerate, reverse, or show any signs that I'm trying to escape with him, but even then, I get my car tires spiked, therefore creating/adding me to a situation. I get out of my vehicle and draw my weapon to fire at the officer who spiked me when another officer aims his weapon at me, so I fire at him, then the spiking officer draws his weapon on m,e and I open fire on him.
Why Should You Be Unbanned? The officer who spiked me on the clip tazed the suspect, and he was also beanbagged. While the suspect was downed and ragdolled, the officer could have detained the suspect and prevented the future situation from ever happening if he had just done what he was supposed to, but instead of detaining the suspect, the officer just went to my car window and looked at me. That is when the suspect, whom i have no rp relation with gets up and gets in my vehicle instead of tazing him out or removing him. he goes behind my car and spikes it, which leads to me drawing my weapon on him as he destroyed my property. When I draw 2 other officers draw and point at me, signaling a combat scenario. I shoot and down one of the officer in front of me. That's when the reporting officer draws his gun and opens fire at me, but I end up taking him down and that's when he filed his mod report.
