Incident Description*: The officer stopped a vehicle, and I was the driver, a 32-year-old. The officer asked the suspect for his ID, but he refused. Then the officer came to me to ask what to do. I told the officer to detain him, and then the officer declined to do so (the officer can legally detain someone for not giving their ID IF they committed a crime - Which the suspect did). Then, the officer went back to the suspect's vehicle and then the officer fired 1 shot. Then, after a few moments, the officer magdumped the suspect. Then the suspect drove off, and the officer continued firing... At the end, the suspect killed the officer, and then an RPD unit killed the suspect.
