Metro is WL only. In order to become metro you must join the discord and be a PO II or higher to be able to attend a metro tryout. If you pass that tryout you will then need to attend 2 trainings until you officially become metro. (Unless they changed the requirements. Idk if they did this is just what I know from how it was when I was metro)
