Active shooters ONTOP of tower. Was walking around to find my friend, couldn't find him so I walked to the courthouse to take cover. Was then shot instantly out of nowhere. He had no interaction with the scene. Friend told me he got shot and bleed out by same person. No clip from his POV but here's mine.
