At 6:53 i was on a traffic stop when the offender rolled up and drove off in a Mobile Spike car, which he was inserting. Around 15 minutes later after i killed him he rolled up in the same car and spiked my car and a suspects car in the middle of a scene. About 5 minutes later he shows up again at a different scene and spikes the suspect car where he was tased and cuffed which is when he decided to Leave the game while in custody
