Description Of the Incident: A Tow truck hit my car (not clipped) so I was going to RP having him pay for the damages done, so I went after him to try and get his attention. I then pulled off to the side of the road to discuss and Valenzuela rams into me (you can see he continues to accelerate into me and had plenty of time to slow down, there was also a car in middle of road so we were all avoiding it)

Valenzuela then Instantly turns shield on and ruins the RP, the tow truck driver runs away. No reason to turn FF on, he then realizes hes in the wrong, turns FF off and tries to damage control the situation by saying I was about to kill him. (I never pulled a gun or even typed to him when i got out of my car)

He then tries to talk to me like hes on my side and wants it cleared up after I bring up the fact that I knew who he was as we have had prior run ins and that I’m aware of his reputation. The amount of reports and incidents, he is not fit for moderation.

Also stated he used FF “for me not to kill him” which also ruins RP incase I wanted to retaliate against him ramming my car, using his force field to avoid death which normal players cannot do. He also explicitly stated he was NOT moderating me which there should be no reason to use FF in that case, he could’ve RPed with us.
