Since I have played LA more and know the rules, I tend to play it more. Peris is fine; it is just a little complicated. Additionally, I feel more at ease because I am more familiar with the rules and everything.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
Helping has always been a big part of my life, and I am generally very strong at being kind to others and wanting to help in difficult situations. As a Middle Easterner growing up, I was raised with the belief that helping was always the right thing to do, not just in life, even in the media, or even for someone you do not know. Additionally, I believe that being extremely helpful is a huge task for Mountain Interactive, and I believe that the company needs helpful moderators and players. and simply making life easier for others.
Being a "role model," I suppose, was something I have always wanted to do for others, set a good example for others, create new goals and experiences, and generally, being a moderator has always been a dream of mine. I decided to apply on the first day of Mountain Interactive, or when I first started playing. Being the "higher-up" or moderating was something I thought was really cool!
I enjoy helping people and trying to improve situations. I kind of decided that I wanted to be a moderator when I joined Mountain Interactive, and the first thing I did was check if there were any staff applications. I saw that you had to wait, so I thought that would be really cool. Some characteristics that set me apart are that I believe I am unique—there are not many Iraqis—and that I am also fairly mature; I do not act like a child; I study well; I get my work done on time; I am not lazy, etc. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Mountain Interactive. For, this i would need a scene some type of imitation Roleplay Moderator Scene.
We need 2 People.
"MIisthegoat123" - No offenses, and a clear record.
"xqskrr" - Has no offenses, and a clear record also.
Let's say MIthegoat123 was walking around dominos, unarmed fully not a target for anyone and "xqskrr" is walking upon MIthegoat123 and xqskrr fires a shot at first glance this is clearly "RDM" So let's just not be dumb and ban him and not get the full story, Moderators are like detectives. So i get "xqskrr" and "MIthegoat123" in a sitroom. And MIthegoat123 is saying xqskrr, shot him which is right. But let's think about this, maybe xqskrr is fully new to MI or doesn't understand the rules or haven't read them, so Let's give him a little of grace. Let's forward up to the sitroom MIthegoat123 is saying how he killed him randomly. Let's gather proof, since we're like detective's (Gather, all kill logs, clips, and getting both sides of the story)
After talking, and say this is truly accidental, and he has no offenses, and bans. I'll give xqskrr a warning/verbal warning and ill clearly explain the rules of MI/Peris and making sure he doesn't do that again, and sending them back.
But let's say xqskrr killed someone again randomly, this time no excuses, i gather all the proof i need to get and i take actions and issue a ban, if he does this again this shows xqskrr does not care about rules, and is a just a rebel and take more actions, and follow the staff Guide/Handbook.
This is to make all games safe/fair.
