When I was driving to the dealership I caught Jumpvortex in the corner of my eye at the dealership with btools out. I then saw a player, attempting to steal a car of theirs while it was still parked in the dealership. Then when the person starts to drive away, Vortex deletes the car using btools and goes back into the dealership to spawn another one. To me, this looks like a blatant form of admin abuse because one, if your car's unlocked it can and probably will get stolen, that's how stuff is in LA.
