Titanium is good for those who want to pay a little extra money for inserts and preinstalled insert cars. Umm also it gives you many weapons in Perris and LA. You have access to all teams in MI’s current games. Overall 8/10 because um I didn’t receive a refund from BloxMart soo PEACE. 10/10
