Incident Description: zethface9910 was on the rsco team he would arrest people for no reason I called staff, but no staff came for hours through those times he would randomly come at people and shoot them. Zethface9910 would also baton people on the streets (HE WAS GENUNILY THE JOKER OF PERRIS). I would go to S&K, and he would just shoot people with his rifle randomly. This didn't only happen to me but over 3 people, he broke the rules like over 20 times if I'm being honest, it was so bad a perm ban won't even be enough. He did this for hours straight I'm talking 4 p.m. to 3.00 a.m. It was genuinely crazy, and no staff came.
