10 i believe that working in your community and server would give me the opportunity to refine my skills. learn from experienced professionals. and contribute to delivering exceptional gameplay experience for the players. and i feel i have a great skill set for the position and opportunity. and i wish to improve this skill because i love helping others. i decided to apply today because. there has been alot of FRP and RDM. going on in the server so i wanted to help out. and my flexibility and teamwork. and Honesty positivity communication. Patience and Leadership skills. my history with MI kinda goes far i also played on my old Account july 23 2024 it was jaydevloper and i really love this server to much to let go so thats why i think i'm a great fit.

13 i would address the behaviour in a calm and structure manner. without escalating the situation. while also maintenance clear expectations and consequences. "I" would check if it was accidental or intentional and understanding the intent can help decide the appropriate response. if it was intentional i would then give that player a warning or ECT. and then remind them of the server rules and guidelines. if it was found to be accidental i would then inform the player to try not to do that next time because if a staff member sees that said player do the same thing it might be a different story.
