Give us an Incident Description: I was simply going on a run around town, however I noticed a cop car parked on the sidewalk, so I walk up to them and said “What the hell” in which he responded to by tasing me, putting me in cuffs, and shoving me into the back of his car before driving off and booking me into prison for quite literally no reason.
