What Happened?
I reported this player, his user is Rick something something for Fail Roleplay, Tool Abuse and Team Abuse because he had impounded my car while it was legally parked and he had also been patrolling as a Marshal, something he can't do. While he was patrolling as well, he had detained me for walking through courthouse trying to get to my Silverado in the front and claimed that, "I was following an active pursuit" and then had also searched me illegally. I called staff on him immediately because I had initially let the impound thing slide but chose to report that instance. Anyway, after like 10 minutes of waiting (with like 6 other staff on at the time) Realjon comes and I start to explain my story. Then as I'm explaining, Rick starts to antagonize me and agitate me so I told him 'sybau' because I was already pissed off from 1; him trying to impound my car and him abusing his tools and powers, and 2; having to wait 10 minutes for a singular staff to arrive even after my friends, who I was also with at the time, putting in reports as well. Anyway, Realjon literally stops trying to listen to my explanation, fixates on me and puts me in the sitroom, something he didn't even do with the guy I was initially reporting and then bans me for V-TOS. I'm disappointed in his unprofessionalism, if I broke a rule he can deal with that after but he didn't even try to go after the person who was the initial subject and more than likely let him go even though he was a blatant rule breaker. Why Should You Be Unbanned? This is your only opportunity to appeal. Be honest and thoughtful. A simple apology is not enough. Explain why you believe you deserve another chance, what you’ve learned, and how you will prevent similar behavior in the future.
I should be unbanned because I think this wasn't the greatest use of V-TOS I've seen. I am a former staff member and to my knowledge V-TOS is only reserved for discord bans and real outright forms of disrespect and overall maliciousness. I could see me getting banned for Player Disrespect but according the handbook I believe it's only an A-Class for a person's first offense. Yes, I understand that I was disrespectful but if it was truly even a bypass, ROBLOX would've patched it already. It's not like I'm trying to go to the old days and say "Fxucxck" or anything crazy like that. Also, you have to think of the context of the situation, yes, I made a mistake but I was annoyed in the moment at him, just told him to shut up and continued going along with my story, it's not like I said anything heinous. In the future I'll just ignore him, something I couldn't do since the moderator fell short of his job and didn't make an effort to separate or isolate us which increased a chance of a negative interaction. If that's the standard MI is trying to set and then blame players for going after each other when incompetent mods set players up to have a confrontation, then there needs to be some reform and overwatch in how moderators handle things and in how the rules are mad, a permanent ban for telling somebody to shut up is insane overreach. I digress however, like I said I made an honest mistake and I acted emotionally instead of rationally and trying to get my story across to Realjon and I apologize for that. This is also my first offense (I think), I've had a clean record up until this point and I didn't mean to offend Rick or the mod and I won't make an error like that again. I'm usually slow to anger but I just really got impatient with that specific situation.

-P.S., I saw the log and it said that I said 'sybaun', I didn't mean to type the 'n' part out at the end, my hand glided across and I realize that could be interpreted as the n-word. That part I didn't mean to say, instead of a dropping a nuke I meant to fire an RPG, lol
