Yesterday, I upgraded from Silver to Gold for around $14 and everything worked perfectly at first. But later that night when I logged back in, my status showed I was back to Silver, even though I had already upgraded to Gold.

I’ve contacted two moderators and also submitted a support ticket, and I’m currently waiting on a response. I just want to clarify that I’ve done nothing wrong I didn’t abuse any Gold features like the gun or car spawner, and I didn’t misuse the LEO team. I mostly played as FBI and kept things professional at all times.

I’m hoping this is just a technical issue maybe a server sync error or a simple misunderstanding. I’ve really enjoyed playing and supporting the server, and I’d appreciate any help or clarification.

I'd assume its a technical issue with all the website issues they've been having recently, I'd say just wait on your support ticket and they'll get back to you when they are able too. Make sure if you have any confirmation emails or receipts to include those with your support ticket to help them figure it out easier.
