Yes, I have been warned for RDM. Short story, I was on the LA tower doing an active shooter scene. My partner who participated in the shootout got shot and I shot a civilian who I mistakenly thought was the officer that shot my partner.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
Ever since joining and interacting in the Mountain Interactive community I've grown a love and passion for the community and it's players. I've been playing for a good year, and I've grown a motivation in giving everything I can to hopefully become a Moderator to help give players at Mountain Interactive a good gameplay experience. I take passion in staying professional and polite when handling difficult scenarios and I take passion in keeping things fair between all parties.

I am available whenever I'm home from work and it's usually between 1 PM EST and 10 PM EST.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
I've been watching a lot of cases, so I've decided to include some custom scenarios to explain this further.
player123 is in an active scene with an LAPD officer involving a traffic stop. The scene is almost complete and player123 has been placed in cuffs, but enters his vehicle while cuffed and drives off. The LAPD officer makes a case with the !help command and is brought to the sitroom for clip review. The LAPD officer sends his clip and it shows FRP, as you cannot drive while being in cuffs due to realism. I would then view player123 to ensure he's not in a vehicle before I sitroom him. I would then explain the situation happening, and ask player123 for possible clips if he has any. I would then look at his record, and I see no past moderation involving FRP. I would inform player123 that FRP is not tolerated within the MI community and direct him towards the guidelines. I would then let him off with a verbal warning and log it to his record.
player123 is then reported some days later again for FRP. If multiple warnings had been issued for FRP I would hand him a 1 days ban and direct him once again to the MI guidelines.
Anything Else We Should Know?
Might be useful information or it might not be. My in real life job is supervising the traffic control employees on the railways. I help train and handle administrative duties within the staff team. I handle complaints from other railway companies if complaints should be filed.
Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?
I've been an exchange student in Denmark, so I'm pretty familiar with Danish and German, as German is a mandatory class in the Danish schools.
