Incident Description*: At s&k I was pulling him over and let him go after I gave him a citation for reckless driving. In the process of conducting my traffic stop I witnessed the man with the penguin mask constantly coming to the stop and telling him to let the guy go. I told him to leave multiple times (not shown in clip, DM if you would like the full clip) yet he didn't. I placed him under arrest for obstructing. As I began to drive off the mustang driver who I had let go since the traffic stop was finished he jumped in my car without opening the door/failing to check if it was unlocked or locked and shot me in the head.
