I am pretty sure my Staff application got deleted, I cannot find it in the accepted, Rejected, Under review tab nor the your submitted applications tab.

I had this issue too, with the recent website issues I think that when the website comes back online there is a slight rollback and we end up taking the loss on that.

I'd encourage you to reapply again unlike me cause I gave up after that lol.
