Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

The mountain interactive server i play the most is Perris California. This community and group has been the most realistic and fun game to me ever since the beta. I started playing in 2023 as thats when this account was made. I really enjoyed playing this game because it is unique and unlike all the others. Ive played LA once or twice and just stuck with Perris California

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

The reason i want to become a moderator in Perris California is because of my experience, activity in the game, and being able to handle situations that others cant. Starting with the first, like i said above is that i have experience. Now i think that some of the people who are applying dont have experience so i dont think that they will have a good time moderating and that they wont really be good at it. For me i have been in many servers that ive had the moderator/staff/admin/ co owner role. Ranging from Valorant, to Roblox and inside of roblox specific games. I think i know how to handle situations really well because of my past experience, and i think that i know when to let someone slack and when to punish someone for what they did. The second reason why i want to become a moderator inside of Perris California is because of my activity in the game. Like ive said and ill say it again i was having fun and supporting this community in its early stages. Back in 2023 when you guys didnt have memberships to access the teams. You can look at my gamepasses and see that i have the CHP and SRU gamepass for when the game had you buying gamepasses for the team instead of buying memberships monthly. Speaking of activity, i am very active. Right know it is summer and i dont have school so for a good 3 months i will be active early as 9-10 am to 8-9pm ( maybe 10 sometimes). Even during school i will still have some free time once i get back. I get back at around 3pm and will be able to be online and acitve to around 8 or 9. As a moderator in Perris California i want to be active as a moderator. I want to build a relationship with the players by doing fun things with them. By not being a really mean and annyoing mod but being really cool with the people and maybe sometimes(if im allowed to ) doing little mini games, for example sheriff vs civilians or something like hide and seek or some mini games. The last reason is that i think i will be able to handle specific situations that other cant or wont. For example like today i was CHP and there was this guy on radio talking and u can clearly tell that he has a disability and cant speak properly. Other guys were making him feel normal like saying "yo your mic is cutting out can u type it out" and some others were making fun of him and mocking him. I called a staff over to teach the guy a lesson and to stop bullying him. I think that some other staffs wont really care or do anything in that situation, but me personally i think that i will try to handle the situation well and solve it. I think that i will be able to handle situations really well by giving them verbal warnings, warnings, minute to hour bans, day to week bans, and permanent bans based on what the situation. Another reason is that there is a lack of staff active or a lack of atleast good staff. For example sometimes in servers there is mass rule breaking and staff arent really doing anything. I think the lack of staff members is a big deal and thats why i am trying to get this position to make the game better for all the players and handle situation as it is my role and my job for the community.

In conclusion i think i will be a big improvment in the community, interacting with the players and just a overall great choice to make mod.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

Yes, the one i met today was really chill he had dreads and a black crown but i do not remember his name.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

Im avaliable to play everyday, monday through friday to saturday and sunday.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

Lets say there was a new person who just joined the community and wanted to get straight at roleplaying. Lets say his name was... Bob. As i am actively moderating the server. I get reports of RDM or NLR. I would teleport the specified user that was breaking the rule. I would confront them really respectfully in a seperate area away from anyone else. I would simply ask "did you do this" or "do you admit to breaking this rule?". If Bob says oh sorry i didnt know that was a rule im new to this server sorry wont happen again. I would simply inform them on the rules and how to roleplay properly. I would basically be friends with this new player. Building a relationship with new people just getting into the communtiy. I would tell them where everythings at, how the games work, then i will simply just give them a verbal. I dont think anything above a verbal is necessary because the person is new and didnt know any better.

Now lets say a couple days later i get more and more player reports on the same guy (Bob) about him breaking the same rule. RDM or NLR or any of the other. Now this is a more serious problem. Becuase a few days prior i taught this person the rules what to do and what not to do. Given that he understood the rules and he began to break these rules later. It makes me feel like he wasnt paying attention or that what i said when in one ear and out the other. The first thing i would do is teleport the player to me in a secluded area, and jail him(in a box). I would ask him why he is doing this, whats his side of the story and then i would go to the other player. I would bring the other player somewhere else and tell him to give me his side of the story. Once i get both sides of the story i will ask for video evidence, if non is given i will go based off of the story and/or witnesses. if there is video evidence i will go as far as a week or two ban, or further to a permanent ban to make sure that other players can play the game peacfully and the right way.

Anything Else We Should Know?
Im a great choice for the moderation team. And im looking fowawrd to buying some of the memberships.
Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

Im hispanic and i can understand spanish a tiny bit but not really speak.
