I keep lagging when I come to the city and I want to fix it is there anyway to fix it?

This is not possible as a lag spike normally is for everyone meaning it is a server problem and not yours.

Like I said, This is a server problem and not a local problem, It is not your fault you get lag spikes. Everyone gets them.
