Incident Description*:

I was at an accident scene, and jeffanion1 told me to park into the explosive ordnance parking lot. When I did. CertifiedFreak got out of his car, starts to shoot at me with a rifle for no reason. I drove away so I wouldn't get killed and that's when jeff and Certified started tool abusing behind the S&K store
