Why do you want to become a moderator? Back when I was previously staff, I started off as a regular staff member and eventually worked my way up to admin. I was then offered to work for David as a content manager with another one of my co-workers/friends. Due to a developer saying I broke rules and telling David, I was found innocent, but the developer swore I broke a rule and ended up getting me fired. It was then later found that the developer was lying about many other things regarding the game's development (the reason I was fired).
I would like to return to Mountain Interactive because in the time that I have been away, I created and managed multiple games that ended up getting 300+ concurrent players. I ended up selling those games to other people for money or Robux, and also joined other communities as a commissioner (being paid to develop instead of owning a percentage of the game). After a while, those games died out, which led me back to Mountain Interactive again with a friend of mine (axoczs). I played the game and after the second day, I saw how much the game could be improved if it had better staff management and help from staff members. Back when I used to be an admin, I would stay on the game almost all day and night every day to make sure everyone was happy and able to play the game like they should without others ruining the experience.
All in all, I believe my return to the staff team would be beneficial to the community. Back when I was staff, I had no complaints and was always loved by the community because of the work I did for them. I worked fairly and appropriately at all times. This is not me trying to butter anyone up or beg, but I genuinely feel being allowed back into the staff team would benefit all parties (fellow staff, community members, and the owners).

When are you usually available to moderate? Every day, but on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday I am available only after 3:50 PST (may be available earlier depending on the day). Every other day I am available all day.
How would you handle rule breaking? Handling rule breaking always depends on what rule/rules were broken and the extent. For example, if I were to catch a first-time offender breaking a rule such as RDM, I would give them a warning for RDM and notify them to read the rules if they have not already. If I were to catch a repeat offender committing RDM, and they have a history such as 3 prior violations, I would give them a 1–2 day ban for meeting 3 warnings on RDM. If an offender has anything over 2–3 warnings, I believe it reasonable for them to be given a ban in place of a timeout/sit down, for them to realize and face their mistake of constant rule breaking.
Anything else we should know? I have full experience in almost every field of development besides animation and FX. I can script, build, create GFX icons and thumbnails, and create UI with ease. As I said, I used to create games and sell them to people, which helped me hone my skills as a developer. It usually takes me 12 hours to a day to create a game depending on the theme and gameplay. My last and ongoing project that I am doing for someone is a track and field game that I am the only developer for (can show proof in Studio and everything).
