They failed to log it and proof was missing, when i was being teleported to the timeout room my car also crashed because it jailed me right before which made me lose my insurance, when i also got freed my glock was gone, which i paid a lot for.

What do you mean you couldn't do it, Can you explain a little bit more please?

This is very late and I assume it's resolved however if not,

If you look within the discord, in the information channel, you can see there game appeals, you will go there and attempt to appeal your punishment.

Furthermore, sadly this is not where you can appeal, however if you have anymore questions i'm here.
