Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

By: Rxb_la2 to the person who reads and makes the decision.

After reviewing the five questions I'd say I am active, I bring positivity, I will answer questions on your website and discord and yes, I Communicate, and problem solve.

I'd say I have past experience with staffing, and I'd love to staff for this game because I been active a lot because the game is realistic, but I see that hardly any staff are on most of the time, and I'd love to help and contribute to this game because I can answer questions and bring positivity not only that but problem solve. This game has been so great, and I plan on spending money on It. Out of all the games that I modded for and played and spent hours and money on THIS IS THE GAME I want to spend hours and money on. Not only spending hours and money I really want to contribute to this game by A lot I don't care If I fail this 'I do care' But If I fail, I will keep doing it months later until I pass. I have a mic, and I love to talk and I'm friendly and I think that and my past experience with modding will be useful for this especially when I am trying so hard to pass this, I'm not going to rush this so that I can do great on this application. Not only have I staffed I have joined servers and signed up for SAHP, FBI, SRU, HSU, and Air 1. That has helped my communication skills by far I have been communicating better, and I have been playing as RCSO I even have clips, and I remember people telling me I have good aim after taking down a suspect. This Is not about my police skills though so let me carry on about staffing. I have 2-3 years of staffing experience I even have been banned before, so I learn from my mistakes. Staff are not only just to answer tickets and etc. Staffing In this game would mean so much to me I could make my way through staff ranks if there are ranks And I can just help out so much. After I spend my time making this application great and successful I will go and fill out a discord staff application because I don't know why but this game means a lot to me, and I just would love to help. Thats all I have to say about myself Goodnight or Goodmorning.

Sincerely, Rxb_la2 to the person reading this.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
Not really but looking forward too!
When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

I am mostly free so probably all night until the morning. I am EST time, so I have a lot of free time.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
It really depends for an example let's say the user committed RDM based on their history if they have a low and good history and they are cooperated I would let them off with a Verbal warning, but I would also teleport us to a different place, so nothing happens to carry that situation out. If there Is an exploiter or something high, I would get clip proof and I would ban them then I would take It to a higher staff member and show them the clip too see If I am in the right.
Anything Else We Should Know?

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?

Taking Spanish at this time and some German.
Things That May Hurt Your Application

Uhm nothing really, I might make a few mistakes not a lot but If I do, I will learn from them I doubt I will make bad mistakes.
