For Departments like, LAFD, LAPD, LASD, CDOT you need to join the Team speak.

So I put in a mi premium request for LASD AND LA police department to get the ranks that the titanium subscription says that you can get how do I know if I receive those or not? and how do I implement them in TeamSpeak?

There should be a ticket section area or a dedicated channel just like how the RPD/LAPD Discord server has it and you can create a ticket to request the ranks or roles, you’ll know by checking your current status/roles within the discord server. For LASD it might be different as the servers most likely do not have the same layout so I’m not sure.
