While I was putting out a car fire this guy cuffs me and puts me in his cruiser. Drives all the way out to the middle of nowhere and tries to extort money out of me for freedom. I sit there with him while he tried to shoot at me and talk to me for 45 minutes until someone finds me and I get picked up. He leaves before he could get caught. Also made some weird comments after the sped up section don't know if that counts a VTOS. Kinda sucks there were no staff on to help. Also to note guy also played a Union Interactive Corporation game lol.
