How do I get custom police cars and the cars that have spikes come out of them

Usually you would purchase them on the MI website, however I believe some cars require an active subscription. You can see these cars here!

To receive LEO Vehicles with Spikes you must Become a Donator With Platinum+ Or buy (You would need to buy the car and Gold too)

I recommend you get Titanium.

RCSO = Roof

CHP = Parking

RPD = Unknown

SRU = N/A

USMS = N/A

ANG = N/A
