Incident Description*:

I was at the apartments arresting a suspect for killing an officer when Istravi2 who is uninvolved with the scene follows me around asking what the now unconscious suspect did I ignored him trying to do my duty when for no reason at all he walks behind me and fires at me killing me, I do not believe he had any RP reason to shoot me and since he was uninvolved with the scene he also interfered with it by killing me.

I can see he has 2 prior bans for RDM.
