Are purchased inserts accessible in LA or only perris?

Depends, You'd have to purchase them 2 times one for LA and another one for Perris (Maybe the Insert is only for perris or LA)

I guess I’m just confused, I bought them from the site, and none of the descriptions say whether they’re for LA or Perris.

Please refer to the categories, If they are not in LA I recommend to check Perris, Vise Versa too
