I was in the turning lane about to head towards SNK where I then saw a RCSO Vehicle chasing after another officer then hearing shots coming from first row of housing so I headed over there and witnessed the car fleeing after firing shots for no reason they then fired again when I pulled up ran inside of the house where one came out and the other hid, I reported them being a possible barricaded / rogue they then mocked me on the radio I attempted to speak with them and they ran off where then they pulled over again said "!help" saying there was no reason to be pulled over, I went outside and spoke with them where they tried to run off again so they got spiked we sat there for a minute or 2 where they then started to cuff and tase me the other RPD on scene with me nonstop then the other got out and ran away I let it happen assuming a mod would come but he came back with another car and once again tried to evade so he was spiked they both got out started to spam tase and cuff me and the other officer I pulled out my firearm defended myself then the other tased and cuffed me I was then shot in crossfire on accident, they then continued to talk trash within the radio breaking RTO.
