Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
Explain your motivation. This question should be a few paragraphs or more. You may include:
I believe I would be the best fit for your team because I am professional, energetic, experienced, amiable, a quick learner, and just someone who enjoys being a part of a high-quality community. I am so enthusiastic about the prospect of greeting individuals and sheltering them, and I would just love to be able to get involved here. I am a professional. I'm always polite, even-tempered, and impartial when helping players, dealing with incidents, or guiding other staff. I understand that being staff is less an extension of me and more a representation of the game and the team. Being polite to everyone at all times and setting an example that defines the norms is extremely important. I'm aware my activity is not good at the moment due to just joining but I will be active from now on. I believe being good staff, to me, is not so much being a moderator, it's simply being there and being present. I enjoy welcoming new players, assisting in answering questions, and jumping into action when action is needed. I'm on the net quite often, so I'm always ready to deal with situations or assist other staff if and when needed. Experience-wise, I'd already manned a number of Roblox communities. I've done chat moderation and report handling, conflict resolution between players and helped with event hosting. Those experiences literally taught me to remain calm and level-headed under pressure, be a team player, and deal with tough situations in a fair and consistent manner. I also believe being nice has an enormous impact. It does not take a lot of time or energy - five minutes here, some understanding when someone is not playing his or her best here. All of that matters, I believe. I am a good communicator as well and I do try to be someone who people do not mind approaching if they need to speak to someone or if they simply need someone to listen to them. Add to that on top of all that, I am a fast learner. I learn new software and systems easily, and I am never too afraid to ask questions if that is what it will take. I like to learn and to do something new, and I always want to be someone that the rest of the team can rely on. Above all, I am thrilled at the possibility of being able to work for companies such as Mountain Interactive. I can see how much I enjoy seeing people getting together and sharing, enjoying themselves, and creating memories. I can see how important it is to have an excellent team of employees who can keep that level of energy up, and I would feel so honored to be a part of it. I truly do appreciate being able to read this. I would really like to have a chance at a staff role at a minimum. I'd love to be able to help and be in the position to be able to make a difference in what it is that makes this community great. When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
First Time Offenders: Gather proof of the offence, speak with them and inform them what rule they have broken and ask them to read the game rules and let them off with a verbal warning. Second Time Offenders: I would gather evidence, inform the user what they have done and to re-read the rules again, punish the user with a warning or kick and then log it with all the correct proof. Third Time Offenders+: I would gather evidence and then inform the user what they have done wrong and that due to their previous moderation history their punishment will be more severe, I would then punish the user with a kick, timeban or perm ban depending on what they did and then log it with all proper proof.
