Have You Had an Application Denied in the Last 90 Days?
No, it has not.
Were you a previous Staff Member?
Yes, I worked for MI around 3 months ago before I took a break and prioritized school and work, now that school is over I'm ready to come back to the community and resume where I left off.
Do You Have a Working Microphone?
Yes I have a blue yeti.
What Country Are You From?
United States
Have You Moderated Other Communities?
Yes, I have moderated in multiple roleplay communities as well as FiveM servers outside of the ROBLOX experience, as well as some Discord communities, I enjoy being staff and having a little more "authority" or "purpose" in the places I enjoy being, just to experience that sense of desire to work.
Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
I play both Perris and LA, when I am on LA I tend to roleplay/hybrid more because the roleplay is just more realistic, I enjoy doing that a little more than just strict moderating, when I am in Perris it's more of a Moderation thing, I don't roleplay I just sit around and wait for calls as well as fly around invisible and see if I can spot anything going on before it escalates to something more "serious"
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I’m really interested in becoming a Moderator because this community has honestly meant a lot to me over the past several months. I first joined back in early November of 2024, and since then, it’s been a place I’ve felt connected to. From the very beginning, I could tell this server had something special. It wasn’t just about the game or the perks that came with being staff, it was about the people, the energy, and the potential this group had to offer. I actually had the chance to be on the staff team not too long ago and during that time I worked my way up to the position of Senior Admin going through the ranks of Moderator, and Administrator and only gaining more experience and knowledge as my rank increased. That experience gave me a better understanding of how things run behind the scenes and it also taught me how to stay calm and handle situations fairly, even under pressure which happened more often than you think. One of the biggest reasons I want to return as a Moderator is because I care about this server’s future. I’ve always had a thing for smaller, up and coming communities because there’s so much room to grow, and I enjoy being apart of that process. Over the time I’ve been here, I’ve made a lot of friends and watched the server evolve. Most of the memories have been really positive, but like any online space, there have been some problems too nothing too crazy, but definitely problems that required Moderation from time to time. When I first applied to staff, my main goal was to help reduce those negative moments and help create a more welcoming and fun space for everyone. That goal hasn’t changed, I still want to help improve the server make it more enjoyable, and hopefully draw more attention to it so that even more people get involved and active. Being part of something like this means a lot to me, I don’t just want the title I want the responsibility and I want to help out however I can just like old times. I know what it takes to keep things organized and fair and I’d love another chance to support the team and the community I’ve grown to care about so much.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
I'm in the Eastern Time Zone, and I’m usually available in the afternoons and evenings on weekdays, typically between 3 PM and 10 PM. On weekends, I can be on and off throughout the day especially in the evenings. Since I’m a college student I tend to check in pretty often between classes or while studying so even if I’m not actively in a voice chat, I’m usually able to respond quickly in text and handle situations when needed.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
When it comes to rule breaking I think the most important thing is to be fair and consistent with your punishments despite who it is or what "position" they hold. If someone breaks a rule for the first time and it seems unintentional or not too serious, I’d start with a calm warning and explain what they did wrong. A lot of the time people just need a quick reminder and they’ll adjust their behavior right away. If it happens again or they’re being disrespectful I’d step it up to a kick or temporary timeout in game, depending on how serious the issue is. For repeat offenders or major rule violations, I’d follow whatever the server’s guidelines and staff guide say, usually updated so I don't know the punishment timers as well and might need a refresher, but as I remember, it could range from a longer timeout, a temp ban, or bringing it to higher up for discussion or letting them handle the situation. I’m not the type to jump to punishment right away unless it’s needed, but I also know when to be firm and take action to keep the community safe and enjoyable for everyone so people don't think they can just come into the server or chats and break the rules freely knowing that staff members will let them get away with it.
Anything Else We Should Know?
I think it’s worth mentioning that I’ve had a decent amount of experience when it comes to moderation and working as a team of staff members in group settings like this. As I said before, I was part of the staff team previously and made it up to Senior Admin, which gave me a lot of hands on experience dealing with rule enforcement, conflict resolution, and helping new members get settled in. I’ve also messed around in some light scripting and development, not enough to call myself an expert of course, but enough to understand how things work and offer help when needed. I’ve been a donor/contributor as well, which I think shows that I’m not just here to be on staff, but because I genuinely care about the server’s growth and want to see it succeed. In terms of skills, I’d say I’m pretty level headed and patient, especially when dealing with problems or heated situations. I also try to bring good energy into the spaces I’m in and stay active when I’m part of a team. I believe all of that would make me a helpful addition to the staff again, especially with the perspective I’ve gained from both being a regular member and being part of the team before.
