Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?

Perris , California & Los Angeles - a little bit of both to be honest.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?

The reason I would be a good fit for Moderator is because I am on the server when not many staff or no staff are on at all and I feel like I could deal with a lot of the issues that happen. I have plenty of experience, 7 years of staffing on Roleplay servers at many ranks. I have been a compliance director which my job was making sure people were following rules, making sure staff were doing their jobs, and dealing with IA and HR-related stuff. Then I was made a Co-Founder of the community and did a lot of stuff for the servers I was apart of. I know how to deal with 90% of the situations that I could come across. As for what I would bring to the team, I would bring the experience and knowledge of how it all works. I would bring ideas and suggestions to the table and try to help current staff members learn and grow as staff on the server. I know how things work already so I would not need to learn much as rules go and such, and I know how to deal with situations that I could come across. All in all, I think I would be a good fit for the staff team.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?

No.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?

I'm Eastern Time so I'm Available all the time so i can moderate the server's 24/7 a day always active and being professional on duty as

a staff member helping out my high ranking command staff members and the staff team in all being an great addition help to the community

and show courage and responsibility.

How Would You Handle Rule breaking?

Me personally When I encounter a situation involving a new community member who may not fully know the nature of their violations, I make it a priority to approach the matter thoughtfully and I would strive to treat each individual with dignity and respect taking the time to explain the specific rules they have broken and how those violations occurred. So that it can help them make sure they understand the community guidelines which I would mostly say reference and provide them links to on our website for their more learning and convenience. In terms of how bad the rule breaking was I address violations and determine consequences, and i think i would let my decisions be informed by the individual’s previous history within the community as well as the severity of the violation itself. Also This allows me to issue appropriate and fair outcomes that are consistent in my way of Handling an Rule Breaking.

Anything Else We Should Know?

Yes i want you to know what i can bring to the team I would bring the experience and knowledge of how it all works. I would bring ideas and suggestions to the table and try to help current staff members learn and grow as staff on the server. I know how things work already so I would not need to learn much as rules go and such, and I know how to deal with situations that I could come across. All in all, I think I would be a good fit for the staff team.
