I wish to become a moderator because I truly appreciate participating in this roleplay community and wish to contribute to its further development and balance. Roleplay is not just a mere pastime for me, it is a form of self expression and a way to connect with other people, allowing me to engage in collaborative narratives. I witnessed how much work moderators put into the well being of the community and how fun, safe and orderly it is, and I would like to become part of that.
I know how to enforce rules, greeting new users so that they feel good about being members, as well as sponsoring friendly interactions among participants. As far as keeping order is concerned, I have no problems with channel managing, Q&A, or any other problems that might arise in the process such as technical difficulties. I can be totally sure to remain calm, friendly, and approachable.
As for me, I participate well in the community for their history, diction, and expectations which greatly helps in guiding participants during roleplay scenes. To me moderation does not only mean foresighted enforcement of behavior rules; it is also part of promoting imagination and supporting the participants in building great stories together.

I would approach the infraction in a reasonable manner after first analyzing the incident and having a discreet conversation with the respective person to get their perspective. For small, first-time issues, I would issue a caution and lay out the steps for the rule in question. If the behavior continues or is of a serious nature, I would issue the discipline commensurate with the infraction while adhering to the server’s disciplinary action taken framework, ensuring that everything is documented and the rest of the mod team is privy to the situation. Above all else, I strive to keep a creative and respectful environment where fairness is given to all.
