Hey, I do not think you understood what he means. He means if he cancels his subcription, does he still get the Inserts. The Answer would be no.

I meant if I bought an insert itself can I still spawn it without the subscription.

Nope, you need subscription (platinum+) to use & access insert system

I am pretty sure you can use insert to ONLY spawn the cars you have purchased outside of Titanium.

What? He’s saying if he can spawn his insert car when his subscription ends, the answer is no, he needs platinum+ subscription to access insert system and spawn the car he bought.
