Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
I mostly play on Perris, California, but sometimes I hop on LA. I find both really enjoyable, especially playing with friends. The cars are great and overall it’s a fun experience.

Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I want to be a moderator because i want to help out around the community and I want to return to help people out again—whether that’s keeping the roleplay clean, making sure rules are understood, or just being a good presence in the community.

I’ve been with MI for around 2 years, maybe more, and I want to make a difference. I believe in teaching, not just punishing people should be given the chance to learn from mistakes, especially newer players. Of course, if someone keeps breaking the rules on purpose, that’s different, and I’ll handle it seriously and fairly.

I’ve had higher staff roles before, so I bring leadership, maturity, and experience to the table. I’d like to help both players and staff, keep activity up, and maintain a friendly, respectful environment where players feel like staff are part of the community, not just people handing out bans.

Are You Familiar with Any Current Staff Members?
Yes AerialOperations and Olympic2023.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
My timezone is Mountain Standard Time, I usally get on at 4:30 PM and get off at 8:30 PM.

How Would You Handle Rule Breaking?
If someone breaks a rule for the first time, I’ll pull them aside and explain what they did wrong. For example, if they RDM’d someone, I’d say something like:
"RDM means Random Deathmatch, it’s when you kill someone for no valid reason. In the clip I saw, you shot someone without any RP reason, and that’s not allowed."
Depending on their history and how they handle the conversation, I’d give either a verbal or written warning.

Now, if someone is a repeat offender for example, resetting to avoid arrest or driving in cuff I’ll be more firm. I’d bring them to a sit and explain:
"You’ve been warned about this before. Resetting ruins other players’ experiences and wastes their time. Driving in cuffs is FRP. Since you’ve already been warned, I’m giving you a 1-day ban for RTAA + FRP. You can appeal this if you feel it’s unfair, or file a staff report if you believe I handled it wrong."

I believe in being fair, but I also want people to learn and grow from these situations.

Anything Else We Should Know?
N/A

Do You Speak Any Languages Other Than English?
Yes, I speak fluent Spanish.
