Incident Description*:

so i saw a shooting happen and two guys died so i walked up to the scene after it coold down a bit and grabbed the money that the guys dropped after they died and then the person i reported (Wxcks) walked up cuffed me without talking put me in his cruiser and drove into rpd station to book me then i said: "well i dont really care because i picked up enough money from them to get a new gun" then he said: "hah alr then i will give you a 10 thousand citation"

Rules Violated*:

1.cuff rush because he walked up to me and cuffed me immedietly with out talking to me

2.trolling be cause he had absoulutley no intention to roleplay with me he just immedietly cuffed me and booked me without talking except giving me a 10thousand dollar citation to mock me

3.and tool abuse because he abused the citation tool to give me a false citation of 10thousand dollars
