I primarily play on the Perris, California server. I am also considering starting to play on the LA server as well.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I am interested in becoming a moderator because I believe that moderation is not just about using administrative commands like kicking or banning; it's fundamentally about ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone in the community, including non-members. My experience moderating in the DoJ and TRC communities, which were quite substantial at the time, has provided me with valuable skills that I believe would be beneficial in helping your team make this the best server on Roblox. I am confident in my communication and conflict resolution abilities, honed through my previous role as a manager at my local McDonald's, where I gained in-person experience de-escalating situations and resolving issues for unhappy customers. My current role at Spectrum, where I handle customer service for often irate customers over the phone, further strengthens these skills.
Beyond my experience, I am also driven by a desire to give back to this amazing community that has welcomed me so warmly. I genuinely feel that by working together, we can further enhance this server and help new players understand its core values, having a great time with friends and, most importantly, enjoying the roleplaying experience.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
My usual availability to moderate is anytime after 12 AM EST on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I am available all day on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday EST.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
My approach to handling rule-breaking involves assessing the situation to determine intent. Sometimes, rule breaks are accidental, especially with newer players. In any instance of a rule violation, I believe in a four-step process. First, I would issue a warning, clearly explaining the violation and what actions are permissible. This is particularly important for new roleplayers who may be unfamiliar with the server's rules. If the behavior continues, my second step would be a temporary jail sentence, again clearly communicating the infraction and the reason for the consequence, followed by a kick. If the rule-breaking persists, for the third step, I would repeat the previous steps but escalate to a 1-day ban, if permitted by Mountain Interactive rules. If the behavior still doesn't cease, the fourth step would involve further increasing the ban duration, according to the established Mountain Interactive guidelines.
