Yes, I was staff in a server for FiveM Called Lowkey RP, Centurion RP, and many more. I was very high ranking in those servers due to my dedication and ability to help out whoever whenever it was needed, and of course my general care for the servers I played on.
Which Mountain Interactive Servers Do You Play Most?
I play mostly Perris because I understand the amount of people that play in Perris could easily be overwhelming to many people. I try and always take sits/cases when they come in to reduce the amount of problems and stress caused by rule breaks. When I was staff here most staff would just play in the LA, I was in Perris around 6 hours everyday since no one else was.
Why Do You Want to Become a Moderator?
I would love to join back because I have more dead time and wish to dedicate to something I care about. This community has been nothing but fun and yes there have been problems but they're always resolved. I am always willing to help due to the amount of people within Mountain Interactive and just my general love for it. I have played here for a long while now and haven't had a upsetting moment ever I love everything about what this stands for. This application means a lot to me because I want to help make a change I've had many MANY good reviews and general notes about my care and quickness to deal with staff sits. I will keep that going no matter what. I am a reserve and former Sergeant of the Illinois State Police and am a part time detective as well. My ability to read people is increasing and very likely sets me apart from my pears. I am a formula 4 driver moving to Formula 3 Championship which gives me good reaction time to deal and multi task with many sits and able to write commands while listening to people. I have a great history here at mountain interactive I have made friends I'll know for a long time I've made quick relationships with people but my main goal is always to be positive and happy around people other people are likely having a worse day than I am and I'll always think like that.

When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
I am a CST person in Illinois and I am able to moderate at around 3 PM- 1AM.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
As my usual approach people with kindness and no past about them. For peoples first offense for example a case of RDM, I'd bring the person to the sit room and jail them, and the person who made the report against the rule-breaker. Talk to them both get both sides and get a video from them. I would first chat with the person who made the report to get their side and their view of stuff because I've had cases where its misleading but there's priors to what happened. I'd go over evidence view it around 3 times to make sure i don't do anything with a false intent. I would explain what the punishment will be and make it clear so there is no confusion. As mentioned I said this is for first offense people, I'd very likely issue a verbal warning because I like my sits to be more informational than executional. For a repeat it could very likely be a kick and/or ban depending on what the case is.
Anything Else We Should Know?
I am very good with judgement as I have to be, I'm quite self aware, very good at talking to people. I believe my empathy and support could greatly help me and others as a staff member.
