I've always wanted to see what it would be like to work for one of the biggest and most successful groups on Roblox, I am also very competent, and well experienced because of my past experiences in working with smaller groups that only have 3k-4k members. I want to expand it to something bigger. I also notice the NUMEROUS amount of rulebreakers everyday when I am on playing MI with my friends. I am also very active which can help contribute to the cut of these rule breakers. I also can't help the fact there's a ton of people being reported in game but there would be no mods in-game to deal with the players and I want to assist with that. I've been a member in MI for a little over a year now. I've always enjoyed past MI projects like Victor Valley, Fort Loredo, and other projects that MI just did not continue I would be very pleased to be accepted into MI's mod team and would contribute a ton. When Are You Usually Available to Moderate?
Days I'm available would be weekdays 4:30 - 8:30 PM. On weekends pretty much somewhat the whole day unless I am out with family or friends.
How Would You Handle Rule breaking?
For a light offense like, RDM depending on how the situation broke down I would first have a little chat with him and get him on a warning. If he proceeds or if I receive another report the next day or two, I would take action by banning him for 2-3 days depending on how it happened.
If it was a more major offense like breaking multiple rules RDM, NITRP, and TK. it would be a permanent ban.
If the player started RDMing me or cuffing me etc, I would clip and gather further evidence then take necessary action. Anything Else We Should Know?
I have a good understanding of my surroundings, I'm a fast learner and can adapt to my workspace very quickly.
