Reason was due to me opening fire on an unarmed CIV which was done for a couple different reasons. Reason one due to lots of RDM at the time, And reason two was because I thought as NG I can open fire on an unauthorized person, I come to find out I wasn't allowed to. Have I had an application denied in the last 30 days? No, This is my first Application Was I previous staff member for Mountain Interactive? No, I have not been a staff member for Mountain Interactive in the past Do I have a working microphone? No, I play Perris on Xbox due to not having a good enough laptop or pc to run the game, But I do have in game chat. What country am I from? I am from United states Of America Have I moderated in other communities? Yes, I have moderated in a different community. The community I moderated for was an Xbox only community, the name of the community was Wisconsin State Role-play before the owner started fresh with a new game. I was in ownership team, and I left the community due to corruption. What Mountain Interactive servers do I play in most? I mostly play In the Perris, California Servers Why do I want to become a Moderator? I want to become a Moderator for Mountain Interactive, Because I want to help enforce the community rules so that everyone has a fun and safe environment to play a game in. I feel I will be a good fit to the staff team due to me having two-three years of staff experience and I would like to have an opportunity to put some of my skill into a game I play on a daily bases and would like to have another chance to staff for a community again. Am I familiar with any other current staff members? No, I am not familiar with any other staff members in the community. When am I usually available to moderate? I am available to moderate any time of the day seven days a week in the MST time zone. How would I handle rule breaking? For first time offenders: I would talk to them to figure out why they did what they did, and depending on the situation I would either warn, kick, or ban them, but before I do that I will point out the rule the broke and read it to them so they understand for future. For reoccurring offenders: I would look at their history on the rules they have broke, and if it's a rule they have broke in the past I would talk to them to figure out why the broke the rule again and depending on their answer I would either ban or warn the offender after I point out the rule they broke and read it to them. Other things you should know about me. I have experience as HICOM in staff and I have some experience in building and landscaping development in Roblox. I had one-three months as a platinum donor before I upgraded I believe and going on to two months as Titanium donor Do I speak any other languages besides English? No, I only speak English.
