Major Los Angeles Update Released!
Posted

Appealing Roblox Username: Fred_Bourbon
Appealing Discord ID:

Ban Length: Permanent
What game did the ban take place in?:
Los Angeles, California

Why should you be unbanned?: I was in a mod sit, as I was reported for mistakenly shooting a civilian as there was an active shooter in front of them. In this mod sit, I explained my side of the story to the moderator, Mrjumpvortex, and they gave me a verbal warning to watch my fire, and I was on the US Marshal team at the time of the incident. The moderator removed me from the US Marshal team, was I was temporarily granted access to it as there was a extreme amount of crime occurring at the time. I playfully begged for it back asking "I will do anything" and stating "I'll do anything, I'll even suck your toes" which to myself at this time seemed inappropriate as I directed it towards the moderator. I take full responsibility for my actions, and I know what I have done wrong, and I will not do it again, I'm sorry.

Thank you for taking the time to read my apology and my appeal.

Report Status: REJECTED

Dear @FredBourbon,

Thank you for your appeal regarding your recent ban from Mountain Interactive. After careful review, we regret to inform you that your appeal has been rejected. The reason for this decision is as follows:

Reason: You had just been given a second chance by being placed on a One Strike Policy (OSP), ending shortly before this situation occurred. You should know better. Furthermore, not only did you say you would "suck her toes", you continued to imply you would do "anything". Your actions are unacceptable. You may re-appeal in 30 days [June 6th 2025 | 6/6/25]

We encourage you to reflect on our community guidelines to ensure a positive experience in the future. If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.

Best regards,
The Volunteer Moderation Team

Sincerely,

Ethan!
